relax


sit back in your chair a bit.

take a deep breath. relax, hold it.

let it out.

relax, take another deep breath, put your feet flat on the floor.

let it out.

take a deep breath, stretch your neck a little, roll your head from side to side.

relax, let it out.

good job!

Ut oh, I almost fell asleep. Guess I over did the "relax" part.

When I get real tense, I close my eyes and imagine the waves slowly rolling up on the beach. It works every time and it works even better if I can actually be on the beach.
